About Us

Armour Petroleum Service and Equipment Corporation has been in business in Solano County
for 31 years. We are a Class A General Contractor with Hazardous Materials endorsement and
also a C-10 Electrical Contractor specializing in fuel storage and delivering systems.

Our technicians are factory trained to troubleshoot and repair Dresser-Wayne, Gilbarco, and
Tokheim fuel dispensers; API/Ronan, Red Jacket, and Veeder-Root fuel storage monitoring
systems; and Lincoln Lubrication Equipment Distributor and Warranty Service Center. We have
30 pneumatic pumps in our loaner program, which allows us to repair your equipment without
costly down time. We also routinely repair Gasboy and Fill-Rite pumps; and maintain and repair
in-ground vehicle hoists.

Safety is #1 to us at all times. All of our employees are issued a Safety Manual, Driver’s
Manual, Employee Manual, and Drug-free Workplace Manual. In accordance with our Drug-free
Workplace Program, all technicians are participants in random drug testing.

Our company is always striving to find solutions to problems. We have been awarded two patents
and one trademark.

We have also developed over the last three years a system and technique for water stop used
primarily in containment sumps. We have stopped water from coming over the tops of sumps
and leaks that were entering sumps at greater than 25 gallons per minute. Our customers have
enjoyed great savings in maintenance and disposal costs from our abilities to seal and repair
sumps.

Our company is a “ Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator”. All Underground
Storage Tanks must have Designated Operator by January 2005. You can choose to 3rd
party the Designated and we will provide the service.

Thank you for this opportunity to introduce you to our company. If you have any questions, or
would like to see our facility, please call.

We want to be your one-call service company.
